1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of getcybretai.com and the Cybret AI application security reachability platform (the "Service") operated by Cybret AI AB ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") (Regeringsgatan 29, 111 57 Stockholm, Sweden). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Cybret AI is a platform for application security and platform engineering teams. It maps an application's real architecture, reasons about which exposed paths reach sensitive data, and correlates runtime alerts so that security triage starts from reachability rather than raw finding volume. These Terms apply to all users of the website and platform, including teams using the free Early Access tier.
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under your country of residence.
2. Use of the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any system or account.
- You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by mandatory law.
- You must not use the Cybret AI platform to analyse applications or infrastructure for which you lack lawful authorisation. The Service is intended for teams working on their own applications or applications they have explicit permission to test.
- You must not submit data to the platform that includes personal data of third parties unless you have a lawful basis for sharing that data with a data processor.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all platform software, algorithms, graph-reasoning engine, documentation, and website content, is owned by Cybret AI AB or its licensors and is protected by EU and international intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during the period your account is active.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to the Company's source code, proprietary algorithms, or brand assets beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service.
4. User Content and Application Data
You are responsible for the repository code, infrastructure configurations, runtime data, and any other content you submit to the Cybret AI platform ("Application Data"). You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorisations to submit that data.
You grant the Company a limited licence to use, store, and process Application Data solely to provide the Service to you. The Company does not use Application Data to train machine-learning models, does not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to operate the Service under data-processing agreements, and does not retain it beyond the period necessary to fulfil your active subscription or account.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Contracts)
Where you enter into a paid contract with the Company as a consumer at distance, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive without giving any reason. To exercise the right, contact us at [email protected] with a clear statement of withdrawal. We will refund all payments received within 14 days.
The Service as currently offered through getcybretai.com includes a free Early Access tier and paid Team and Enterprise tiers. This withdrawal clause applies only to paid tiers entered into at distance; on-premises Enterprise deployments are covered by separate commercial agreements.
6. Disclaimers and Statutory Guarantees
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company's liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Statutory guarantees that apply to consumers under EU law are not affected.
Cybret AI is a prioritisation and analysis tool. It does not guarantee that all reachable exposure paths will be identified, nor that any finding reported by the platform represents a confirmed exploitable vulnerability. Security decisions remain the responsibility of the teams using the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law and EU law, Cybret AI AB's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed EUR 100 for users on the free Early Access tier, and will not exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim for paid tier subscribers. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (see Section 6).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, including any violation of Section 2 regarding authorised use. Sections 3, 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination by their nature.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
The courts of Stockholm, Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (Article 17-19 Regulation (EU) 1215/2012). If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, and the Company may sue you only in those courts.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Company does not commit to using ODR as a primary dispute-resolution mechanism but will cooperate where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted with a new "Last updated" date. For existing paid subscribers, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
